In college I had the opportunity to take a class called Digital Fabric Printing, which focused on pattern development from moodboards and sketching to digital editing and final execution. Prior to the class, I had already been a lover of pattern—I was especially intrigued by their meaningful applications in packaging systems and branding. By the end of the semester, I knew that pattern design was a skill I wanted to continue to practice. Below are some designs I used for student projects throughout my time at Syracuse University, as well as some other experiments.
